Well, not sure if I'll ever take more since, again, bad camera phone that only catches the brightest celestial objects, but we'll see. Anyway, guess I should at least talk about some stuff to look out for this month. Venus is going to be transiting across the sun's face for ~7 hours on the 5th-6th - the last one until 2117. In the US, we'll have a full view of the entire event on the 5th. If you want to watch it, either look up any local events at an observatory or whip out some indirect viewing device. There are also some webcams that may broadcast the event live (check the link above for more info). This marks the transition of Venus being visible at night to once again assuming its infamous title as the morning star. Tomorrow is a partial eclipse of the moon! Alas, it's around sunrise, so unless you're feeling up to that, then it's probably nothing to get too excited about. As for some other planetary bodies: Mercury is visible in the northwestish in the evening - unless your view of the west is clear, you probably won't catch it. This shouldn't discourage you too much, though - this is the highest it will be in the sky for the rest of the year. On the 21st and 22nd, you'll catch the crescent moon and the Gemini twins nearby: Mars and Saturn will be visible after nightfall, late into the evening. Earth is moving away from them now, so their brightness will be dimming as the month progresses - this is your last opportunity to catch them while being so bright this year. Mars will eventually end up in the Virgo constellation, and Saturn is still stickin' close to Spica (the 26th-28th will be a good time to look for them near the moon). Jupiter is visible at dawn, which will soon be visible alongside Venus and the waning moon. The two planets are the brightest of the solar system, so seeing them in at dawn should be a sight (you can also catch The Pleiades in the sky with them). ... okay, I think that about covers it.

The temperature and weather has been flip flopping on us. Because of the jet stream moving around, we usually get a cool week and then a couple warm ones.

In the morning? You would've needed to be up pretty early to see them.

Right around/during sunrise, if I remember correctly.
