It can net you a pretty penny, depending. I mean, there's always demand for blood.
(can't sell blood, iron count too low. I cry.)

I can't sell my blood because getting enough blood to test for physicals is too much of a hassle. Most nurses don't like my veins, I've learned. Plus, sitting there would only agitate my fear of needles more. It was already bad enough when I had to have surgery... there's no way I could sit through it willingly.

I've never understood a fear of needles ... I guess that one time I went into the hospital and had one that was like, 4" stuck in my arm caused me to regard all other needles as pathetically small (I had to wear a cast while that bitch was in so I wouldn't bend my arm and hurt myself, huehue).

So, good news! I'm getting almost a thousand dollars back as a refund check! Always good to get money back from the government! The only downside is that it's food money. All of it. Like my parents said "No" to helping me out with food. They'll help me get food, clothes, school supplies, and apartment supplies before school starts, but after that, I'm on my own. Not to mention, every month, I have to put up almost $20 for medications, which comes out of that money. >.<
Thankfully, my boyfriend's family is still helping him out, and he said that we can pull our money together to shop for groceries together (since we take our dinners together anyway and consume the same snacks), which helps lessen the burden a bit. It's just annoying, that's all.

Well, it's not going too badly. I'm noticing that I'm supporting both my boyfriend and me on food, since his (smaller) refund check hasn't come in yet. >.<

Urgh I'm beyond stressed with school too. I just started going back to university for Pre-Medical and Human Biology major, I'm broke as heck because I can't work that much because of school, parents aren't helping me pay either, and federal loans don't cover the entire costs. Brb weeping.
Might try that plasma-selling option....
