they've converted to new anime and other genres... everything that was released before 2000 is forgotten or only the older members remember, kinda makes me feel old

I'm outdated, I can't keep up with the popular series' anymore... I just watch what I like.

I hear that, haha.
It's too much effort to try and keep up with these new trends.

I was one of those inactive losers who received an e-mail. I don't think I'll ever grow out of Sailor Moon.

Sailor Moon just never gets old. The dubbed version... yes, but the actual subbed version, no.

I have a couple of DVDs, the Promise of the Rose movie, and the first two SM episodes on VHS. I haven't watched them in a while though. I should go watch them. Lol.

I have a ton of Sailor Moon VHS tapes! I love VHS. I have more VHS than DVD actually, because I remember there was a time that a few stores had the VHSes on sale because of the decrease in Sailor Moon's popularity and the fact that DVDs were coming in.

I was in an anime store and found subtitled DVDs of Sailor Moon running from $45 up. It depressed me a little because I was broke.
There was also a $400 wallscroll of Moon and Tuxedo, and it made my brain melt a little from the price tag.

I remember someone was offering the entire StarS series, subbed, for $12 online. I was going to send money, but my mom said it was a rip off and wouldn't let me do it.
I still wonder, to this day, if it was a rip off or not, because that's a pretty sweet deal. Of course, the person burned the CDs themselves and decorated them with StarS stickers, so it was sort of ghetto, but hey, it's better than paying original price.
